An Inclusive Worship in Sign Language - Open to All
At Wesleyan Deaf Tokyo Church, all worship services are conducted in Japanese Sign Language.
In the presence of God, there is no distinction between Deaf and hearing people.
Through sign language, everyone can share in deep joy,
experience life transformation, discover a new world,
and enjoy fellowship together—this is such a place.
Our church embraces the vision of sharing the gospel through sign language,
so that many may encounter the wonderful love of God
and experience it richly in their own lives.
For those who do not know sign language,
we provide voice interpretation by sign language interpreters.
You can feel comfortable and welcome to participate.
Whether you are Deaf, interested in sign language,
want to learn sign language, or want to worship in sign language—
everyone is warmly welcome.
Of course, those who do not have a Christian background are also most welcome.
There is no longer Jew or Greek, there is no longer slave or free, there is no longer male and female; for all of you are one in Christ Jesus.
Galatians 3:28
